Ingredientes: 500gr de polvilho doce 1/2 colher (sopa) de sal 300gr de mussarela (picada) 1/2 xícara(chá) de óleo 1/2 xícara (chá) de água 1/2 xícara (chá) de leite 4 ovos 1/2 xícara (chá) de parmesão ralado Modo de preparo: Deixe o polvilho doce em uma vasilha grande. Em uma panela adicione a água, o óleo, o leite e o sal e leve para ferver. Adicione a mistura fervente ao polvilho doce, misturando e incorporando aos poucos. Cuidado pois nesse momento a mistura estará muito quente, ao esfriar misture com as mãos para que misture bem. Adicione os ovos, a mussarela picada, e o parmesão ralado e continue misturando com as mãos até que fique uniforme. Faça bolinhos com as mãos untadas e coloque na forma untada para assar. É só deixar no forno até dourar e está pronto.
